IS IT POSSIBLE FOR A HOME TO FAIL AN INSPECTION?

A home inspection is not a pass or fail type of inspection. It is a non-invasive inspection of the readily visible, readily available systems of the property. A home inspection is designed to evaluate the condition of the home, so the buyer can make an informed decision as to whether they want to proceed with the purchase or not.

CAN I ATTEND THE INSPECTION?

As the buyer, you are more than welcome to attend the inspection. We are completely transparent and actually encourage you to attend the inspection.

DO I REALLY NEED AN INSPECTION ON A NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME?

Absolutely! If you are building a new home or in the process of buying a new home under construction, the most important inspection you can receive is a rough/pre-drywall inspection. During this stage, you get a glimpse into everything behind the walls. For example, incorrect framing, nails in wires, duct work not connected, incorrect fire blocking, etc. The final inspection, prior to closing, is also important to ensure everything was installed correctly and is functioning properly.
